98% of things are bad. Management is greedy and there is no respect for your personal life. The expectation is to be online before 9 and to stay online until very late in the evenings. Managers always contact you when you are suppose to be offline or on vacation. They are forcing structures and builds before we and products are ready and do not care about workloads and they change ideas half way, when we've been working late for many weeks and then we have to throw the whole project away. Wasting our time, wasting time with our families. Management have ego problems and are rude and threatens people in calls. There are so many zoom meetings that you won't have time to do your work and many of the meetings could have been emails. You are always being chased for information which was planned for later in year only and agreed at the time, no point in making these plans because it all depends on how some of the management feels that day, there is many emotional decisions and arguments
