Pros

Global company Omnichannel vendor Owned now by T-Mobile ( could be a + or -)

Cons

Blind "leadership" in the US has decimated the sales team over the last 14-16 months. Poor sales management in the Midwest is ruled by fear and zero knowledge of the marketplace issues, or acknowledging their own horrible history with holding companies and larger agencies. HUGE RED FLAG New York has not had a full sales team in 3 years and has gone through multiple VPs in this time T-Mobile does not care about Blis or their employees and they are left in the dark If you are a seller, your goals are received late and without true reasoning why the increase Management will not back you because the 3 left in the US are praying and crossing their fingers that they get to join T-Ads or Vistar (owned by T-Mobile) and keep making an outrageous salary, considering overall Billing yearly billing (last 3 years) looks like Black Diamond run at Breckenridge! Marketplace baggage and agency teams are not willing to test or work with you due to the revolving door of management and sellers! Lack of account support, growth or tech advancement related to competitors.
