      - Enables growth. - Really flexible to work from home. - Reasonable compensation - Christmas bonus.

      Cons

      - The salary system is not so favorable considering you only get paid twice regardless of anything. But that explains why working from home is more flexible. - Not a lot of room for new parents.

      Pros

      The people at Block 64 are great, all working towards a common goal, and supporting one another to achieve it. Additionally, the work is interesting and challenging, keeping one feeling their work is valued, as long as that value is understood.

      Cons

      It has been difficult to communicate the value statement, and where people's work contributes to that statement.
