No pros, there is pizza on fridays

Cons

- No onboarding, - Unclear if you have to follow American holidays for days off or Slovenian ones - Extreme micromanagement by CEO with bad temper - Weird relationship with American office - Everyone is being monitored through cameras by the CEO - No knowledge transfer through the company, if you need anything find it and be careful who you ask -

Pros

My experience working with Blocksi is positive. The company offers a stable salary with on-time payments and additional vacation days. There are also perks like longer lunch, daily snacks and Friday pizzas. We enjoy a certain degree of autonomy in managing our work, as well as access to extra courses on platforms like Udemy upon request.

Cons

More flexibility for hybrid work would be welcome.

- Remote work in the US - K-12 Industry that feels fulfilling to work in and helps students

Cons

- Private company, so all decisions are under one person - Owner does not care about the mission - Owner is inexperienced as a CEO, but will still label themselves as CTO.
