      Pros

      The company's core mission is strong, and working on a product that directly impacts student safety and digital well-being is genuinely motivating. I've been given a reasonable amount of autonomy in my role. The team environment is great. My colleagues are supportive, respectful, and genuinely great to work with. It's a positive culture that makes coming to work every day a pleasant experience.

      Open office - that can sometimes get loud

      Pros

      My experience working with Blocksi is positive. The company offers a stable salary with on-time payments and additional vacation days. There are also perks like longer lunch, daily snacks and Friday pizzas. We enjoy a certain degree of autonomy in managing our work, as well as access to extra courses on platforms like Udemy upon request.

      Cons

      More flexibility for hybrid work would be welcome.

      Pros

      - Remote work in the US - K-12 Industry that feels fulfilling to work in and helps students

      Cons

      - Private company, so all decisions are under one person - Owner does not care about the mission - Owner is inexperienced as a CEO, but will still label themselves as CTO.
