Pros

Lots of learning opportunities. Unfortunately it'll be because you're picking up other people's jobs

Cons

Pay isn't even remotely competitive. In fact, the pay ranges posted in Glassdoor are way off. Your boss will ask you to take on one task, and then ask you why multiple other tasks that were never discussed, aren't done yet. Your bosses won't even remember your name when congratulating you on a win. You'll constantly feel like your job is in jeopardy. You'll be assigned a project, and then it'll never actually start. But then you'll be expected to have done projects when employee review time comes around. You will fulfilled requirements for promotions, but never actually get them.

Pros

The only good thing is it was remote and they provided equipment.

Cons

They pay unlivable wages, I made $14 an hour and was expected to take on the responsibilities on multiple projects especially after each layoff. There is no job security so you feel like you have to keep taking more and more work to keep your job. Felt like we were made to go unnecessarily hard on agents when giving quality reviews with the ridiculous expectations that were put on them. Even though it is remote you will feel the micromanagement and need to always be faster and faster and faster.
