They pay well and the company is stable. If you says yes to everything and and do a decent job they will move you up.
Cons
You need to be a robot and follow the Bloomberg way, otherwise you will not be able to move forward. Managers are not qualified and it is not about meritocracy. Politics play too much part on how to navigate Bloomberg and most people have family members that know someone in order to get them steps ahead.
