      Pros

      Nice people, access to management. Pay is decent for what you're doing. Friendly work environment. Everyone is treated with respect.

      Cons

      Not much flexibility on schedule i.e. hard to just run out for some errands. Open office design makes privacy impossible.

      Decent pay and amazing benefits. Great company to start a career with. Opportunities to stay long term if on a good team.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, very strict company culture and can be stagnant with opportunities to grow.
