In my experience, people are genuinely kind and eager to help however they can. The company really lives by its “no drama” culture, and there are plenty of opportunities to grow in your role and learn new things.

It’s not necessarily a con, but the company does move at a fast pace, so you have to be comfortable being proactive, self-serving, and continuously learning. It’s a great environment for someone who enjoys being challenged and stretching beyond their current skill set. If you’re looking for a slower, steadier pace, this may not be the best fit.
