Cons
This job seemed promising at first, but it is not suitable for graduates. Some are left with little to no work, gaining almost no experience, while others are overloaded and quickly become overwhelmed. The salary is far from competitive, especially given the cost of living in London. Although a few coworkers were welcoming, others acted as though you weren’t even part of the team.
Despite the initial promise of valuable experience, the reality falls short. To new graduates considering this company, I would strongly advise against it. Be cautious if they offer you the role quickly after just one interview it often feels like they are simply trying to boost headcount to improve appearances rather than genuinely investing in new hires. Given the company’s current image, I doubt they are seriously looking to develop talent.
