Pros
Growth, there are so many moving parts in this industry and my personal growth is the main reason I’d give Blu Omega 5 stars. I’ve been at multiple “top” companies with world class training programs and still have learned more in my time here than at all those places combined. Mostly due to the individuals I work with and the opportunities I’ve been given. Not to mention the Benefits are amazing and what’s offered does not compare to what’s out there. This company really cares about their people and it shows.
Cons
Never been at a company where their mission statement actually resonated with the work they did to the core- con is I don’t think you’ll ever find something as true as blu omega. If you ever get the opportunity to work for this company really take all of these things into consideration and know they are everything they say they are and more.
