Pros
The wage is very competitive for the College Station area! Not many places offer an entry-level position that starts as high as it does. The people who work there are generally really great and I never had any problems with my coworkers. They empower the employees to where you can compensate customers at your discretion within reason and avoid having to grab the manager. They have high expectations for their employees and are generally very appreciative of them.
Cons
The top management puts a lot of pressure on middle management, which in turn makes it very difficult sometimes to be an entry-level worker. They are always trying to cut hours and it makes it frustrating sometimes if one is looking for a consistent amount of hours. They expect their employees to do a lot in very little time, so it can be very tiring. Raises are NOT common either, so what you get when you start is not likely to change unless you have a promotion opportunity. The turnover is pretty high in the restaurant. Being in the service industry, expect to work on the weekends.
