Pros
-Consistent hours if weather is good -Very active, lots of movement (no lifting) -Work with a team, not alone -Pay is competitive for the area/hours, but on the low end for what Blue Beacon normally pays.
Cons
-Loud/wet environment -Very strict with company policy -Corporate is out of touch and micromanages its locations (if you stay entry level, this won’t bother you much)
