Coworkers are supportive and collaborative. Has a strong team culture among therapists. Clients are wonderful and the work itself can be fulfilling. You gain hands on experience with ABA in a fast-paced clinical environment. Opportunities to build rapport with a variety of professionals (OT, PT, SLP, BCBAs).
Cons
High turnover at all levels that includes clinical leadership. Compensation is BELOW industry average for the workload and emotional labor. Lack of transparency and consistency in communication from upper management. Inconsistent staffing across sites can impact client care and employee well-being.
