Pros

Great if you live with your parents and just need extra money.

Cons

Turn and burn company. They post 4 different positions then tell you everyone starts at step 1 of 4. They interview 10 people at a time, hire them as step 1 which is door to door sales selling Star Energy conservation. They tell you step 2 through 4 lets you become manager of your own location which is great if you can survive off 300 to 600 a week. If you have any real sales or management experience don't waste your time.

Pros

You are surrounded by people who are genuinely interested in developing fundamental skills such as : communication, work ethic, and positivity, to every individual that is brought on board. The career path is clearly laid out, there is no seniority, and an individual will get what they are willing to put in. The caring environment shows Bluechip is not only serious about developing great business men and woman, but just as serious about developing them personally, so an individual becomes a better self.

Cons

There are days that can definitely be challenging in dealing with customers, but I've never come across anything I can't manage. The position is really for those who are ready and willing to work hard.

Pros

I've been with the company for two years now. I started in an entry level position and within 6 months have been promoted. Since then I've had the opportunity to travel to Long Beach, Scottsdale, Chicago, Orlando, and the Bahamas to grow, network, and of course have some fun. I get to work with great people daily who are all striving to achieve their goals as well. It has been really rewarding to see how much I've grown professionally and personally in such a short amount of time here.

Cons

The only drawback for me is that I work longer hours than most typical jobs, but know that my professional advancement is dependent on me since this is a performance based environment-not seniority based. For me that is a breath of fresh air since I used to work in the banking and restaurant industries and now can control my own promotions
