Challenging role! - Manager Blue Cross for Pets Employee Review

Lack of good renumeration. Extremely hard work. Other sections are totally disconnected from each other and do not work as a whole. Lack of cover if needed. Some shops lend themselves to easier running than others dependant on the building. Poor conditions of work with extreme heat a feature. Steaming giving rise to repetitive strain injuries and heat exhaustion in summer. No adequate air con in working areas. Shop floor too hot during summer with no canopy/ blinds to South facing large shop front. Health and safety adhered to but certain aspects of building unsuitable and not really fit for purpose.
