The team at Blue Harvest is fantastic: they are friendly, diverse, supportive, open, and honest. The company emphasizes growth and aims to develop its employees to the next level. I have not encountered any toxicity within the company, and there are ample challenges and opportunities for growth. Throughout the year, there are numerous events such as get-togethers, knowledge-sharing sessions, drinks, Christmas celebrations, and game nights.

You are expected to be very self efficient, pro-active and expected to put in the extra mile. While this is not really a bad thing, just be aware.
