      Good pay and work life balance. Very structured workplace with good culture and vision.

      Cons

      This is a huge corporation which mean that significant changes can take time to even be considered. At a manager level there are still 5-6 other layers of leadership above it.

      Pros

      Two drivers, most of the time the work is shared, you'll always have some slackers. Lift gate deliveries, night delivery, do not have to stock shelves.

      Cons

      Pay is not aligned with industry average. 56 hour average work week in 4 days. Nighttime delivery if you're not use to it.
