You get a %50 discount off wireless plans and most accessories

Cons

Low pay-we have had pay cut after pay cut since they bought us out. Micromanagement-they basically want you to log everything you do and want us to wait for upper management to remotely tell us how to handle everything. I and many of us went from 1200 commission on average to between 0-600-if you are part time or wanting to leave fast food it may be the job for you but you’d probably make more being a sandwich artist.

Pros

Good straightforward job. Potential for growth if things change

Cons

With bonus and commissions the store manager makes less than its asm and reps. The store manager takes all the responsibility, and financial responsibility if something is missing or wrong, but makes the least. Constant cutting of hours of staff, while requiring increased goals and increases in hours open. Constant micromanaging
