      Met some good customers and employees.

      Cons

      There was no work/life balance. The higher ups only cared about making a dollar and did not care about the employees. The pay was terrible, and they found ways to take money from the employees.

      Good straightforward job. Potential for growth if things change

      Cons

      With bonus and commissions the store manager makes less than its asm and reps. The store manager takes all the responsibility, and financial responsibility if something is missing or wrong, but makes the least. Constant cutting of hours of staff, while requiring increased goals and increases in hours open. Constant micromanaging
