Pros

A great company to learn everything about digital marketing. Their training program is very in-depth and continues throughout career with company. Blue Magnet is a smaller agency and everyone is encouraged to participate and make voice heard. Management is open to new ideas and takes all team members recommendations into consideration. Company culture is an amazing part of Blue Magnet. A very supportive team, fun team building experiences, and some great benefits.

Cons

Compensation was lower than industry averages.

Pros

Blue Magnet has an excellent workplace culture that is inclusive and employee-centric. They provide great training related to the industry as well as your personal role. On top of that, there's plenty of outings and events!

Cons

None. Unfortunately my time was cut short due to COVID-19.

Pros

great office culture, CEOs are located very close and encourage conversations (yes, actual dialogue!), growing very quickly, but the best part of this position for me was what it did for my career. This is a small agency, but that means that its all hands on deck for nearly all tasks - you learn SEO, you learn SEM/PPC, you learn development and some basic coding, you learn social media management, you learn account management and reporting skills, you learn client-facing skills.....you learn SO much about so many different areas of web-commerce. I am very thankful to have this company and the experiences I learned on my resume!

Cons

Your basic "small agency" problems - some politics but not really anything substantial, sometimes frustrating when waiting on information or feedback from others, and the senior-level team can be very pushy and come off as aggressive. That being said, you need pushy people to make sure projects stay on time, people stay on task (it's so easy to go down the SEO-rabbit-hole!), and work gets done. Salary was below average, but makes up for it with great PTO options, insurance, team outings, etc.
