      Pros

      Most of the people who work there are friendly. Getting some experience in the TV industry is a plus.

      Cons

      Nearly everything else. The pay, the way they always changed things every two weeks, the lack of communication and their lack of care for their employees. Just a bad experience in general.

      -Great exposure to international workplace. -Fun people to work with. -Almost able to choose your own schedule

      -Not enough work to do. -Pay is per work if you are a full time employee.

      You are able to work with some very creative and adventurous people.

      Cons

      Slow working environment. At least speaking from my experience I wasn't given much responsibility besides clerical work even though I constantly asked for more.
