Pros
- Some genuinely hardworking colleagues - (Some) remote flexibility
Cons
This company is a case study in burnout and mismanagement. Upper management consistently fails to take accountability, leaving ops to clean up the mess -- making us do quality assurance on every last bit of information we get. Communication is opaque at best, nonexistent at worst. “We’re working on it” is their default excuse for every ongoing problem that never gets fixed. Employees who take initiative end up punished with more work and lack of opportunities, while mediocrity is rewarded. Raises are minimal regardless of performance. The culture breeds exhaustion, not excellence. -No transparency from leadership -Constant crisis management due to others’ incompetence -Terrible work-life balance -Poor raises and zero accountability at the top
