Working at BRMRC is not for the faint of heart. You will be challenged mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The growth will be uncomfortable and the work is fast-paced. No journey worth taking is easy.

No training, no policies or procedures in place, management is egocentric and unwilling to make the changes necessary for a healthier recovery environment. Daily chaos among most team members creates an environment not supportive of recovery. No consistency, and unwilling CEO who consistently puts his personality above principles.
