Full time employees qualify for benefits, possible decent bonus structure depending on which property you work for.
Cons
Terrible upper management... West Coast Regional only hires her friends and could care less how you get a customer in the door as long as they lease, even if it is illegal! Fires employees for illegal business practices only to rehire them back at a later date. You will never get a raise and unless you are friends with upper management, you will never get promoted either.
