Worst Job Experience of my Life but the Best Life Lesson - Anonymous employee Blue Sky Agency Employee Review

My employment lasted 27 days... they claim they 'over hired' at the time and had to let several people go in less than a month. I came in early, worked late and was still told to push harder. I engaged with management and helped with extra projects on the side... then I was told there wasn't room for me at the company any longer- I was told there 'was no other reason.' Afterward I was let go, I found out the design project I had single-handedly created the month I was there was used for a big client. The management was the single worst I have ever seen in the industry, not only manipulating their employees, but also being straight-out unprofessional and cruel. I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy... I may sound bitter for getting let go (for the only time in my 15 year career), but it was the best lesson I could have had. I'm thankful it wasn't longer than 27 days. Of the 12 or so hired when I was, in less than two years, ALL had been let go or let on their own accord.
