Blue Train is the most supportive company I’ve ever worked for. I mean that so sincerely. We call it the “Blue Train family” for a reason. The owner, Scott, cares so genuinely about the students that the company services, and to ensure that they’re properly taken care of, he makes a great investment in the employees he hires. The mantra of Blue Train is all about support. Our clients are working towards their college acceptance; their future is in our care. And no one takes that more seriously than Scott. That attitude of care starts at the top and flows all the way down, from the very first meeting. I’ve never been happier at any company and have confidently brought my peers into the fold, knowing that they will find a happy home as well.
