Pros
As a long time employee who has worked at other spas and medspas, I've seen it all. Bluewater has always made client satisfaction the highest priority. In recent years, there has been a shift in management with existing individuals in the management team, and new hires, all developing more robust business acumen with the intention of superior training, communication between management and others with more opportunities for professional growth and training, There has always been 401k matching but now there is also PTO and more opportunities for professional development The place is always clean, especially compared to other places I've worked and I like most of the other employees very much The COO and the HR manager and awesome.
Cons
There was a group of people I can only describe as drama queens and mean girls. Praise be, they have all left. There were two groups, some in one group were fired, the others all quit and when the place they went to turned out to be suspect, most of them left with some of them begging to come back. Praise be, they were not allowed to come back. The drama should never have been permitted. All of these people were complainers and looking for people to be mean to. They wanted to make everyone miserable. They kissed up to the managers but turned around and made everyone miserable
