Pros
It was a good entry-level work at home job. It was more work than what the pay justified, but gave me a great pivot point for what I wanted to do with my life.
Cons
They fired me with absolutely zero warning or discussion when a couple of writers who entered their scripts got angry with reviews I had issued fairly to them. One was a child therapist and the other was a screenplay teacher. So just because they had great jobs and I was a nobody at the time, they dropped me after those people's feelings were hurt. Very PC, snobby elitist culture. They offered to talk to me after I voiced my displeasure about their premature decision, but the damage was already done. No thanks.
