Bluejay is a startup company, the teams are very friendly and open minded. The team will encourage you to speak out and implement your idea. Both tech leads are very experienced, so working in bluejay can learn and practice a lot of working skills. I also can do a lot of cross team work such as marketing, UI design and so on. this give me experience on different teams and help me find out the best path that I should take in the future works.

Small company, we need to construct the working framework by ourselves. We need always think out the pic, be creative, think positively.

I don't see any. really. If I have to name one. It would be the people.

Run by a low-knowledge couple with no sense of business, management and current technology. They treat women like men, treat men like dogs. There are only punishment with no reward in this company. Your hard work won't be recognized. severely underpaid or no paid! They want you to work 7 days a week. long hours plus weekend. They won't tolerate anything you do is not work related even after work. yeah, you hear it right. They want to control your personal life as well. They will fire you if you cross that line. There want you work as a slave. Company rule: Timeline - Timeline - Timeline! they will remind you every day! Thousands of bugs in their software.
