They are very smart and qualified, and rely on collective intelligence, every strategic decision is shared and commented to get everybody onboard. Great balance between work and personal life, your personal time has as much value as the time you spend working, they will encourage you to disconnect.
Cons
The fact that they have so much days off can make it a bit difficult to speed up some project in specific periods of the year.
