      They give you the opportunity to work especially if you don't have experience. Good environment, you can find friends there

      Cons

      Low salary Crazy shifts Management is not able to do the job, they are manager just because they stayed there for years Team leader and manager don't have any idea about the new projects and they are not able to help you
