Pros
I have been working in BL for three years and from the very beginning I felt good. Perfect initial training, mix of people from different countries in the world - different approaches and cultures. If you are motivated and want to work, you can quickly move to a higher position. Everything depends only on your motivation, attitude and results. I love the multicultural enviroment, the different products in one centre - possibility to change and continue to learn.
Cons
The work can be very stressful - during high season or some crisis period. The working regulations are sometimes hard to respect (mainly the breaks) - but this is because you are working in a call centre so it's kind of logic. You have to find your way to switch off and relax ;)
