I truly don't have anything. I have been here for years, and have no intention of leaving. I have appreciated BSP moving in directions that align with the continous need to evolve in alignment with best practices and expectations in the field.

Ethics committee, training team supportive, amazing RBTs
Cons
Leadership ACD/CD unethical, lack of transparency, poor communication, lack of knowledge regarding OSHA/company policies/Title 17&22, RBTs expressed concerns not being met by leadership and feelings of discrimination.
Pay was not competitive and center was using old school ABA methods and restraints/control methods to support challenging behaviors. Parents were not informed when restraints were used on child.
