Pros

Pros would be higher pay than most entry level RBT positions in San Antonio and most BCBAs are compassionate and well versed in their role.

Cons

Cons- where to start. no lunch break even though it's in our handbook that we are required one. also we can only eat when our client is scheduled to eat which doesn't always happen depending on your morning and afternoon client. i had to report a BCBA to HR for unethical physical prompting. two RBTs got concussions and were scolded for taking time off.

Pros

The RBTs and BCBAs are great and truly care for the children. You are able to work with a multitude of children and staff instead of a small team. They provide decent insurance.

Cons

This company does not put money into the clinics or stimuli for the clients. If you need something for a child, expect to have to purchase it with your own money. Bluesprig also does not provide any RBTs for administrative tasks so if you need materials made, you have to do it on your personal time at home. Additionally, with no admin time the clinics become dirty. If I toured one of the nearby clinics, I would not send my child there due to the filth on the walls and toys. When you are provided with an evaluation, it is 6 months after the review period. It is obvious that the CEO has no behavioral background because there are no incentives to motivate RBTs (or the children for that matter). This is the consensus of multiple BCBAs and RBTs from different clinics, not just my opinion.
