Pros

Working at BlueThrone has been a rewarding experience in so many ways. First, we’re a fully remote company, which means you have the freedom to work from anywhere that suits you best. Working in a remote company means that you have people from all across the world, means that the diversity is great and you can learn about different cultures. The flexibility of hours allows for a fantastic work-life balance, as long as you’re delivering results. It’s a fast-paced environment, so if you’re someone who thrives on growth and impact, this is the place for you. One of the standout aspects is the management team—they genuinely value your input and are open to learning from everyone. There’s a lot of space here to make a meaningful contribution, and you’ll feel that your voice is heard. Another big plus is the annual company trip to Phuket. This is a week dedicated to team bonding and connecting with colleagues in person, which helps bridge the gap of working remotely all year.

Cons

Fully remote work isn’t for everyone. If you need in-person collaboration or struggle with self-discipline in a remote setting, it might be challenging to adapt to this style.
