We will be rolling out a new medical, dental and vision program with a Health Savings Account option. We are always looking to improve our benefit offerings

      CEO really went out of his way to get feedback from employees. Made training opportunities easily available. I really felt like BlueWater had my back as an employee as long as I followed the rules.

      The health, vision, and dental benefits could be better.
