-CEO (Andy) is an extremely difficult person to work with. I appreciate a strong personality in leadership, but belittling people, creating & fostering a clique-like culture, shaming people for trying to achieve any semblance of work-life balance, and openly and publicly berating people are not qualities I enjoy in the workplace. -pay is notoriously low -taking time off is nearly impossible
