Terrible company - Anonymous employee Bluecloud Services Employee Review

Everything is just negative. Worst management, no one is there who really have good technical or management knowledge. None of the employee is stable there...so definitely management is too poor. 10 hours shift and no sat off. Only one leave in a month and also salary will be deducted if you are late . They deduct the salary for each and every minute. Never ever have seen this kind of MNC.
