Pros
Very professional and collaborative staff, lots of room for learning new skills, interesting projects, chance to learn more technical skills, pay their female staff the same as male, excellent HR team, the EAP is fantastic, opportunity for bonuses, the management really bend over backwards to give credit to the team and acknowledge achievements, great balance of fun/social activities, everyone is easy to talk to about concerns, if something gets messed up you work it out as a team - no one gets thrown under the bus, excellent benefit package and starts with 3 weeks vacation, you can try out different roles, management are really clear about expectations and give good direction, the company also participates in many charity including sponsoring a refugee family.
Cons
We don't get to often interact with other teams, eg. IDs, Software Engineers, Media Developers etc, It can be a bit tricky not having a partial covered lunch break (everyone eats at desks so they don't have to stay an extra hour). Work comes in peaks and vallys so sometimes you get stuck on bench for a bit.
