Used To Be Good But Has Gone Down Dramatically.... - Anonymous employee Bluedrop Employee Review

I used to love working for Bluedrop but now I feel I am not valued as an employee at all. There is no room for advancement and leadership is non existent. I've been on a project for over two years and have never actually met the project manager. I am in a role that doesn't utilize my skill set while others less skilled than me (and hired after me) get work over me because it is more cost effective to leave me where I am. Employees working on site, outside of the office, do not feel like they're part of the company. Outdated managerial practices and lack of transparency.
