Pros
Most people work well together and support each other. There is a lot of cultures. The hybrid work is very nice. Women in management positions is good to see. It's a decent enough place to work but just okay. There are benefits and insurance but you pay a lot for them. Very expensive.
Cons
There is little employee recognition or basic thanks. No Christmas or holiday well wishes. Holiday meetings are just the owner talking about the same stuff as regular meetings. That seems weird. No bonuses. No employee gifts or even a card at all. One part of the company gets talked about all the time on company meetings and the other parts don't. It is hard to understand and feels like frat or college kids congratulating each other. Basic insurance coverage is expensive for a family. Opportunities to grow and be promoted are limited or I don't know where to find them. It could be worse, I guess.
