Pros
-work from home -decent insurance
Cons
-leadership mindset of money > everything (and I mean everything). complete lack of values in leadership / strategy. opposite of a mission-driven organization. they may tout a mission on the website, but it's clear working here that the only mission in money. -strategy is purchasing the competition vs being the best / most innovative / having great customer experience. price gouge our health systems now that they’ve managed to almost wholly corner the market. -basically only men in power / decision-making positions. even if you see women with leadership looking titles, they are not empowered at all. see other post referencing dictatorship. -cringey “culture” if you can even call it that. companywide meetings are actually marketing to employees to try to sell them on bluesight not being a dumpster fire of pure evil. -below market salary. bluesight is painfully cheap despite financial backing they will even make you beg for a full zoom license. would not have believed a company could be as cheap as bluesight if I didn’t see it with my own eyes. -treat employees like numbers, not human beings. especially acquired employees, and this of course has the individuals not fired at acquisition resigning as soon as they can find other jobs much to the detriment of the client base.
