      Pros

      Working at BlueVine is huge and great for not just salary but growth. Can't recommend it enough.

      Cons

      Maybe a little better 401k plan, but overall I'm happy.

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
