      Pros

      Great company. Compensation is achievable. Fast growing Company. Great people to grow with. The work-life balance is great, the work is fast paced without feeling frenetic, and you don't run into the bureaucratic processes that you do at larger companies.

      Cons

      Not much room for internal growth, I feel as though it’ll take me years to grow. Stuck on night shift, didn’t get my preferred day shift.
