Company doesn't truly care about employees or their wellbeing. Managers had regular one on ones with team members however, at review time the feedback didn't match what was being shared in one on ones. My manager even admitted they didn't want to give me the rating they did, they felt it wasn't right but they were told they had to give that rating. The company made a lot of empty promises and promotions aren't given to those that earn them but those that threaten to leave.
