Pros
The idea of Blum is great, the execution not so much. The Shifts are eight hours and overtime every couple of weeks is not bad. The place is clean and organized and a true pleasure to be inside of, it is beautifully built.
Cons
If you have a brain or any type of education beyond tenth grade, please stay away from this company. They seem all nice and fluffy but their core is rotten. They have a loophole called, the Blum Way. No one can tell you exactly what it is but they expect you to conform to it. After increasing production (yes I was management) and receiving only positive feedback - I am pulled in to be told that I am not a fit for the Blum Way. I asked for an explanation and they were unable to provide details. Be Ready if you go there to be treated the same way. There is no transparency and the lack of communication is the worst I have ever gotten to experience in any place I have ever worked. The management stifles free thinking and improvement and executives (and there are probably as many of them as there are employees) are all to quick to say, " that is confidential and cannot be shared". Please, if you look at their postings and they ask for degrees, certifications, specific experience know that once you go in there you will not be able to use any of it as they want the cream of the crop, but once you get in there - they don't want nor care about all the credentials you hold that they requested of you for the job, they just want you to conform to the Mysterious Blum Way.
