Pros

-surrounded by great team of artists who treat each other like family. that's honestly it. there are no real pros about working here.

Cons

This was honestly the WORST job I've ever had in my entire life. - the CEO is garbage and treats her employees like they're worthless. I've never worked for someone so disrespectful, out of touch, and condescending in my life. - the wage SEEMS decent as a manager, until you realize you're being forced to work 6 days a week, 10+ hours a day, and working on your one day off. you're basically making close to minimum wage when you do the math. - no health benefits. no sick time. no holidays. and one day off a week. - you're also expected to do payroll and End of Week paperwork on your one day off. - they promise growth, when it's the exact opposite. I closed one of their stores down because it couldn't make rent demands. also, not a single person assisted me in the closure. they force you to do all their dirty work. - the CEO will yell at you for taking a lunch break. you're a salaried employee, so god forbid you take a lunch sometime in your work day. she's not paying you to eat. 🙄

Pros

Excellent training when hired and continued education. discounts, and occasional gratis products. Percentage of sales. Clean safe location. Ability to network with other professionals. I also found the management and corporate team to be supportive and upbeat.

Cons

Down time without clients. Since the hourly pay was not great, if you a guest that tipped poorly it hurt.
