You will always know how the company is doing with monthly financial health updates along with employee recognition. You will have some amazing well seasoned employees to draw from if you take the time to engage with them. Quest is a yearly gathering that will bring the Enterprise together and truly charge you up for the months to come. You will hear people referring to "Quest" over and over.
Cons
Blytheco is what you make of it. It can be amazing or suck, you are in complete control. We are experiencing a bit of attrition but that will likely level out when we have the right people in the most appropriate positions.
