When Mr. King passed away, unfortunately, the changes that were made and the people who gained authority from his passing had ways of doing things I didn't agree with. Pay decreased. I have moved around from position to position due to the shortage in employment and was told I would be compensated for it but I wasn't. I was also thrown into a lot of positions with no training and had to figure out the job role by myself which I really enjoyed. However, when something was done incorrectly I would be in trouble for it when in reality I was never trained on how the company expected the work done in the first place. The blind leading the blind.
